How It All Started
I opened Mandurang in 1998 in Los Angeles. I wanted to share the street food I grew up eating in Korea—simple, honest meals like mandu (dumplings), kimbap (rice rolls), and cupbap (rice bowls). These were the foods I knew best and loved most.
What We Make
Our menu focuses on Korean casual and street food. We specialize in mandu, kimbap, and cupbap. These are fast, flavorful meals that still feel homemade. We make everything fresh, and we don’t cut corners.
